Usage limits vary by subscription tier. In general, Cocoriko places very few restrictions on the number of administrators, participants, or active consultations. Your sales representative can share plan-specific details.
All data is hosted exclusively in Canada on AWS (ca-central-1). Communications are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and all data is encrypted at rest. Your data is yours — it is never used for secondary purposes and can be exported or deleted on request.
Cocoriko is compliant with Quebec's Law 25 and applies AWS and OWASP security best practices throughout. A full security questionnaire is available on request.
Yes. Cocoriko has built a migration tool that converts projects and websites from existing platforms into Cocoriko's structure. This saves organizations significant time and cost when switching over — with no need to rebuild everything from scratch.
Migrations are handled in partnership with our team, and the timeline will depend on the size and complexity of your current platform.
Launching a platform typically takes one day, and administrator training can be completed within a week — meaning your first consultation can be live within seven days if the team is available. Timelines are generally more dependent on your organization's availability than on Cocoriko.
For managed consultations with strategic involvement from Cocoriko, expect 2–3 weeks depending on scope and availability.
These timelines assume a fresh start. If you're migrating from an existing platform, Cocoriko's migration tool significantly reduces the effort involved — though the overall timeline will depend on the size and complexity of your current setup.
